- Career and Competency Certification Centers (4C) at the University of Gabés and its Higher Education and Research Institutions under its responsibility are created for a global objective focused on improving the employability of students and strengthening the preparation and integration of graduates in the world of work.

4C activities
To achieve the above objectives, the Career Centers and Certification Competencies ensures a variety of activities:
The collection of information and the creation of reference systems on internships, jobs and skills;
Facilitating access for job search for graduates who come to the center;
Organizing career days and facilitating student and graduate meetings with companies;
Training on TRE and Communication Techniques;
Assistance in the development of the Professional Personnel Project;
Organization of complementary and certifying training to strengthen the employability of graduates;
Organization of activities to encourage initiative (through innovation, entrepreneurship, etc.)
