Welcome to the University of Gabes,

Created in 2003, and now with more than 14,000 students, the University of Gabes radiates beyond the boundaries of the governorate of Gabés and covers the Southeastern district of Tunisia. It offers great training and research opportunities.

It is distinguished by an intellectual heritage of scientific and technological characteristics and a variety of courses ranging from fundamental sciences and engineering sciences to economics and management sciences, humanities, arts and crafts, computer sciences and multimedia.

The team elected at the University of Gabès for the period 2017-2020 proposes to work essentially according to three fundamentals:

1. Respect, 

2. Dynamism, 

3. Efficiency.

The future of University of Gabés is linked to guaranteeing the quality of training and research activities, while taking advantage of the strong relationships developed with support organizations and companies in the region.

The goal of University of Gabés 2020 is a university recognized for its excellence in training and research in the fields it invests, and a privileged international influence linked to a culture of openness to the world.
